In the manufacturing process of sublimation mugs, the mugs are produced and graded for quality before being coated. These ULTRA A+ 11oz white mugs are specially selected for their premium finish making them perfect for personalised mugs, high-quality promotional items and many of our customers who produce high quality artwork or photography use these to great effect.

The surface of the mug is flawless and because of this the bright glossy white finish helps to really bring out the most colourful prints. Our coating is specially formulated not only to last for years, but also to pull as much ink from your sublimation paper onto the mug so that you get an unparalled result.

We do not offer individual mug boxes, however we do offer a range of smashproof mug mailer boxes made for our 11oz sublimation mugs that many customers use not only to ship their mugs to their customers but due to their smart finish and bright white colour, they can use them as gift boxes as well that can be branded with stamps or stickers.

What does SGS-certified mean?
We know how important it is to supply your customers with the best quality items. However unlike many suppliers who simply state items are 'good' or 'dishwasher-proof' we have had these mugs independently tested by the well-respected SGS testing agency (more information available here http://www.sgs.co.uk). Their tests are designed to put any product through its paces to ensure that it meets their high standards. 

Why buy these mugs? Aren't all white mugs the same?
We know the market is full of plenty of supplies that guarantee quality white 11oz sublimation mugs at rock-bottom prices. Unfortunately, our own customers tell us that these tend to be too good to be true and often these mugs are heavily effected by pinholes, bad coating, chips, dirtiness and tapered sides which means it is not possible to sublimate consistently across the whole surface of the mug. The coating is also not certified or tested correctly and so the print is prone to fading quickly after a few washes.

We sell our mugs in cartons of 72, quarter pallets (360 mugs), half pallets (720 mugs), full pallets (1,440 mugs) and large pallets (2,160 mugs). The cost of shipping a pallet is largely the same regardless of the size so you can help to reduce your overall unit cost by purchasing the largest pallet size that you require.
