PLEASE NOTE: We recommend pressing the glass clocks so that the paper is on the bottom with your design facing up, then the glass clock so you are pressing the front and allowing the heat to go through the glass and heat the paper indirectly. our times and temperatures are higher and longer because of this than other suppliers as we find this gives a much better result

IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is impossible for glass and slate items to be created 100% flat and for larger items this issue is more obvious.

This means that if you press down on the item it will apply more pressure to one corner or side than the other and combined with the heat this will cause the item to crack.

We recommend using a thin 1.5mm to 2mm thick silicone mat to help even the pressure and this will make sure that the item never breaks. You can buy it from us here.
