Before pressing, always remove the protective film from the insert to avoid dull or patchy results.

To save time, press multiple inserts at once—but make sure they’re placed evenly in the centre of the heat press to ensure consistent heat and pressure.
For best results, place inserts face down in the press so the metal side receives the heat first—this helps with even ink transfer and prevents paper scorching.
It’s always useful to keep spare inserts on hand in case of misprints, so you don't waste a full keyring.
