Troubleshooting and Tips

Do not apply too much pressure to these photo slates as they will crack in the press.

If you are not getting even results across the full surface of the photo slate we suggest recommend using a thin silicone matt (roughly 1.5mm thick) that is contact with the printing surface when pressing. This will help to take care of any minor differences in the surface level of the photo slate helping you create consistent transfer prints.

If heating face up with this silicone heat mat you will need to change the heating time to roughly 5 minutes rather than the time mentioned below
