To help you plan your orders during the busy festive season, here’s everything you need to know about our Christmas last posting dates and holiday hours:

🎁 Last Posting Dates for Christmas Delivery

If you require delivery pre-Christmas, we strongly recommend placing your order by 12:00 on Thursday 19th December.

Orders received by 12:00 on Friday 20th December we will endeavour to despatch on the same day.

Orders received after 12:00 on Friday 20th December are not guaranteed to be processed until we re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2025. Please note that due to the large backlog over the holiday period it may take us 1-2 working days to process orders once we are back.

🎄 Christmas Opening Hours

We’ll close at 12pm on Tuesday 24th December and reopen at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
During this time, our operations will be paused, including order processing, customer service emails, and phone support.

🕘 Reopening in the New Year
When we return on Thursday 2nd January 2025, we’ll work hard to process all orders placed during the Christmas break. We kindly ask for your patience as we tackle the backlog.
