First off, this isn't related to Longforte as I've always experienced excellent service when reaching out to them. I've had around 60 of these stoppers, both round and square and there is a manufacturing issue with the inlay the sub disc is affixed to.
It would appear this inlay is actually another sub disc but fitted in reverse, so it's glued to the protective film that's covering it. When you affix this disc to this, the pressure you apply weakens the bond and they just drop out. To fix this, don't bother with the inlay that's glued in, remove that by simply twisting. Then apply some superglue or epoxy resin and hold in place with two clothes pegs until dry. If you don't do this you'll end up with returns from customers - don't ask me how I know!
That aside, they really are good quality. All the manufacturers need to do is remove the film before gluing the inlay in place.
