Remove the protective film before printing. Always press face down so the heat makes contact with the metal side of the insert. To improve efficiency, press multiple inserts at once using heat-resistant tape and place them near the centre of your heat press for even heat and pressure. Keep spare inserts on hand for test prints or reprints.
