The product is good, been using the same inks for the last 4 years since I have had my printer, however the service could be improved, I needed an ink quickly to finish something for a gift, unfortunately I was sent the wrong ink, so obviously more care needs to be taken before items are sent out, I spoke to a lovely lady called Dawn who apologised and promised to send another one out asap, she did tell me t would arrive with me on the Saturday, unfortunately it did not come till the Monday so the gift was late, but better late than never, hopefully my next experience will be better
