Bank Holiday Notification - 19th September - Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II

Dear Customers,


We are sure you will join us in expressing a deep sadness at the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II who served her country and beyond for more than 70 years and was undoubtedly an inspiration as a leader throughout that time.


At Longforte we will be following official mourning guidelines provided by the Home Office.


As part of these protocols, we will be observing the national Bank Holiday on Monday 19th September. This means the following:

  • Our last dispatch date prior to the Bank Holiday will be Friday 16th September
  • There will be no deliveries on Monday 19th as couriers will not be operating, so all courier parcels will be delivered from Tuesday 20th
  • Standard UK delivery orders will be delivered by Royal Mail from Wednesday 21st
  • All orders from the weekend will be dispatched from Tuesday 20th

Due to courier backlogs from non-running on Monday please expect delays to normal delivery times

With this in mind, please ensure to submit all orders to us as early as possible so that we can process them to be with you without delay.
