DELIVERY INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER COLLECTION OF ANY ORDERS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE


During most of the year, we aim to process all orders placed by Courier Delivery received by 14:00 Monday to Friday for same-day despatch. We will attempt to dispatch Standard Delivery orders same-day but they may be dispatched the next working day when order volumes are high. If your order is urgent and placed after this time please give us a call to discuss the options available. Please note that during periods of high demand such as Christmas, orders placed approaching the the cut-off time will be attempted for same-day dispatch but may not be possible. If items cannot be dispatched on the same day they will go out on the next working day.

Standard Delivery

A delivery charge of £3.95 is payable on orders where the Standard Delivery option is selected and the order value is below £100.00 exc VAT. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands) for all orders over £100.00 exc VAT.* 


We will attempt to dispatch Standard Delivery orders same-day but they may be dispatched the next working day when order volumes are high. Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or EVRi 48Hr Tracked and takes around 2 working days for delivery from date of dispatch but can take longer during peak periods. The weight limit for these orders is 2kg. If your order weighs more than 2kg or the dimensions of the parcel are beyond Royal Mail or EVRi's parcel allowed parcel size, your order will automatically be charged for courier delivery.

Courier Delivery

All orders received by the 3pm cut-off (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders received after 3pm on Friday and up until 11.59pm on Sunday will be dispatched on the subsequent Monday.


Please note that due to the volume of orders we receive we have to split our courier dispatches between FedEx and DPD. If you require one service over another please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate however we cannot guarantee this especially during busy periods.


A delivery charge of £5.99 per parcel is payable if the order value is below £100.00 exc VAT. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands) for all orders over £100.00 exc VAT.* We request that customers enter their mobile numbers at checkout so that you can receive regular updates on your delivery to ensure that someone will be in to receive the goods. Please note that the goods are your responsibility if you request them to be left in a Safe Place by the courier.

Non-Mainland UK

Special rates apply for Europe, Rest of World, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the islands including Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. If you do not see shipping options for your location available at checkout, please contact the team and we will be happy to help.

Pallet Delivery

For some orders it is sometimes safer and more economical for us to send the goods to you via Pallet. If this is the case, the team will let you know at the time of your order as the cost of this is dependent on your location and the size and weight of the pallet being sent to you. 


Our Pallet delivery service is a next working day service. Unfortunately due to the nature of the deliveries we cannot give specific times for delivery, however, you will receive a tracking link by email where you can track the progress of your order. The pallet courier will have a tail-lift and bring a pump truck to easily offload the pallet(s) from the truck.

International Deliveries

We are open and happy to supply any customers across the world so long as we are able to with our couriers and it is economically viable. Please note that we send all parcels by a DAP (Delivered At Place) service. This means that all import duties and taxes are payable by you the importer. We will often require a VAT number or EORI number from you if you are buying from within the EU. Our courier will then contact you by email or phone to arrange clearance and delivery of your goods. Please note that we cannot make payments on your behalf and you must contact the couriers directly. Failure to pay the relevant charges will result in the parcel being return back to us and should you wish us to resend it or refund on your order, we will have to deduct all charges that have been paid due to the parcel being sent back to us.

*Please note that due to higher delivery costs for offshore addresses, free delivery does not apply to N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight and only applies to Mainland UK addresses and postcodes.
